Thanks to those who supplied riding info in New Mexico. We had a great time. We did more street bike riding than dirtbiking but still found a great place in the Jemez mountains.

Very fast forrest riding. More wide open and a easier than Rampart CO, but still fun. And we didn't even get lost up there. Did about 50 miles. Farther out of Santa Fe than I expected, but worth the day trip. Trails were dusty, slick and covered by pine needles. But the fourth gear riding through the trees made it worth while.

We moved on to Taos Saturday and did a long street ride and were going to dirt ride up there Sunday but hangovers prevented an early start. Thus we did a long afternoon street ride to clear the heads.

Santa Fe and Taos is a great area for both street and dirt and I recommend it as a trip for anyone that lives near by.
