No offense guys, but they know EXACTLY that point. They'll come back to the "overused" areas in about a year and use the same argument to close down the remaining area.

Since there is a real chance of complete iradication of the activity, this is a prelude to a huge tax grab. Mark my words. Better yet, Call your congressmen and women and tell them that if the continue appointing Nazi liars to these position, they'll be out of a job.

Shawn it is a conspiracy and they want to get YOU! What I read in that article looked relatively justified. Which picture looked unfair? The little mazes through a very slow to heal habitat. Is there any thought to building trails there? Are motorcyclists considerate to the hikers and equestrians? Or do they try to teach those Eco-Nazi's a lesson? Once again I enjoy both sports. However I do see on many occasions mostly young punk kids abusing the trails and patience of more civilized beings. I hope it works out for all of us. Good Luck in getting what you want. I hope you are a member of some advocacy group to help in your quest. ?

Some of the photos in the article are from 1972! They can't find enough recent issues to deal with, so they keep dredging up old issues that have been solved or dealt with in some other way.

Many of the issues are outright lies or gross exaggerations.

And they make a strong implication that this is the normal course of events.

They are lying, pure and simple, to attempt to influence public opinion.

Dan I agree with a peaceful solution, but the enemy isnt peaceful. They are setting traps to kill us. This is never exposed and wont be. I have a huge problem with people that want to kill me because I want to get away and not bother anybody, and ride my bike. The way I see it, these bastards are following not only myself, but all of us, out of our homes and clear out into the desert, simply to prevent us from enjoying ourselves in our chosen manner. If I caught someone setting a trap, woe is that group or person.

I live in Oregon and I have been riding in places I am not suppose to since I was a little kid. I am not in jail yet. I could care less if someone posts a sighn that says no motorized vehicles, if it' s up in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, I am going to ride there.
