After breaking the bike in you are suppost to change the oil, oil filter, What else do you have to do?? do you have to get the valves checked and other engine stuff  ...?

the bike is a 04 yz450f and when idleing in neutral with the clutch out you hera a lil noise from the clutch and when you pull in the clutch it goes away is this normal?

Read the manual, it will tell you exactly what to do after break in. Can't help with the clutch noise as I don't have that year myself.
