horsepower figures on 03's

i was wondering if any one had the horse power figures for the 03 yz 450f and if it will be easyer to start this year and the real weight of the bike not the figures yamaha posted.

No one will have any idea until they release the bike. The company puts out that info, but isn't trustworthy

I would estimate about 50hp at the rear wheel since the 426 put down 47 and last years CRF put down 49. It should be much easier to start thanks to the auto decmpressor.

If the carb is right, it should be easier to start, but they havent been too good at calling the specs on the carbs lately.
