acetone / rubbing alcohol
works great

if none available try a flame thrower
this one works great for those hard to get areas

If acetone and or alcohol doesnt work, try MEK. Pretty nasty stuff. It will cut dried paint instantly. You can also use MEK for Plastic glue. I used to use it for mounting my grips. It will melt those too. :)

That guy with the flamethrower seems real smart. I just keep thinking of ole' hairspray with a lighter trick. It's all fun till the can bursts and all your friends get sprayed with happy fun shrapnel!!!! :)
