I have seen post some time back about when guys strap their bike down they bleed excess air out of the forks. How is this done?

Don't do it while strapped down but all you have to do is unscrew the flat head on the top of the fork. Not the rebound adjust but the one in front of it. If you havent done it there is probably alot of air in there. Be careful removing the screw. The air may force it to fly.

Also do it while it is on the stand with the front wheel off of the ground!

When I bleed my forks I NEVER hear any signs of air coming out.

Should I be concerned?
