Anyone have any tips on how to get the nut loose without a air wrench? thanks

Put it in gear and stand on the back brake. If that doesn't work stick a long screwdriver (or something else that will fit) thru your rear sprocket and let it jam against the swingarm....do this before you take the chain off
While doing the above, I've used a socket with my snap-on 3/8' breaker bar (about 16" long) on the nut and haven't had a problem.
