Blue brake hose covers? I'm refering to the cover at the bottom of the fork that bolts to the axle.

No, I mean this piece, but blue and plastic, not carbon fiber.

I know UFO makes a front disk guard in blue plastic. It covers the disk and the brake
UFY511450 UFO - Front Disk Guard: YZ/WR - Electric Blue $18.99

Is that what you are looking for?

i haven't even seen a regular aftermarket one from acerbis or ufo. if you run a cr style brake cable you can remove that piece completely.

Try Krylon Fusion paint on the original one. The stuff works really well and they have it very close to YZ blue.
