Don't know how many of you read both sections of the forum, but I posted a set of noise test data for the ProCircuit PC496 quiet pipe over on the WR side. I know many of you have substantial noise restrictions to deal with (I know we do in Michigan), so it may be of use or interest to those riders or for folks who dink around making their own quiet inserts, etc.

Where in MI do you have problems? Is it just for trail riding? So far at the tracks there hasn't been any problems that I know about. :)

Yep, Michigan has a 94dB max for ORV's. Sounds like random checks don't happen very often, but they are done at places like Silver Lake and on sanctioned MCCC trail rides, etc. here is the info on the Mich DNR's site.

I just posted as I know there are lots of other places with noise restrictions as well, including CA, etc...
