I just recently did the BK mod and i'm having trouble getting the jetting correct. I changed my main jet to a 168 (162 stock) and everything is fine when wide open.

The problem is with the bottom end, i can't seem to get rid of the popping when off the gas on decel. I whent to a 45 pilot jet and raised the niddle.

When i played around with the fuel screw i got rid of the popping but now it has a hagging idle.
It idles high when i let off the gas for a while then just dies, is this a lean or rich symptom.
Also when i wak the throttle open quickly it chokes and dies.

Any help would be grettly appreciated.
