Can anyone give me some instructions or advice for re-packing a White Brothers R4 exhaust? The more details the better. I did a search and found some info but nothing specific to the R4

As usual, you advice is appreciated.. :)

I use the silent cartridge, Makes it easy and last awhile also.

Drill the rivets out so you can remove the end cap, Remove the end cap, Dig out all the old packing, Insert the cartridge, Remove the paper tube, reinstall end cap and pop rivet it back on. Your done

Got the cartrige today - really a slick idea, went in no problem, a handfull of stainless pop rivets and back in business :) I was amazed at how deterioated the old packing was - definately a maintenance item..
