Is there a way or a tool to find out what your oil level is without dissasembling the forks? :)

No the oil sits in the lower fork tubes. That's a long ways down.

You have to remove the spring and fully compress the forks to get an accurate reading.

Make sure the level in each tube is the same by using this tool which makes is easy to add or subtract oil and keep them at the same level.
