Glad to know a man of your caliber is available for the forum. You were one of my original MX hero's back on the Factory KX and of course on the under-dog Can-Am.  :awww:

I had the pleasure of watching Gary fly at several AMA Nationals in his prime.  On an open CC MX'er there were not many smoother riders than he.  I will have to see if I can dig out some old pictures.  I remember a good shot I had from the old St. Peters MO track.  As one old guy who still dirt bikes it is good to realize I am still younger than Gary.

 Right on, Gary. My son, "dirtrooster" went through your school over in Helena, Montana summer of 2002. He came back and in his first race got the hole shot and won his first ever 1st place trophy. Have all the videos. thanks, Gary!

Thanks Gary,
I bought your tapes about 6 or 7 years ago? I think it was that long. Basically I took two tires almost everywhere I went to work on corners and braking. I was 34 at the time and learning from pro's made a huge difference. I also did a class with rick J and that helped put more of it together (questions and someone keeping my butt up on the tank)

Since then have you re-shot anything? I work in the entertainment field and have done a ton of producing. I can imagine the cost of your project then and wonder if you're going to reproduce them and give them a better look. (ie graphics, on-screen info, computer graphic breakdown and iso of what is happening technically?)

I'm not bagging on you. Technology was what it was back then and I'm sure you were out of pocket. But with the advent of cheaper production costs and lots of people out there who make great stuff and do it cheaper, well you get the picture. I also can see the idea that if it's selling, why change it. More profit.

But seeing that you are a professional and the new fourm on the web is looking pretty busy. You may have a whole new crop of buyers who would like to see something new.

Your advice and book has made me what my racing buddies call an animal! in a few short weeks I went from confused and nervous to just flat out ripping! I was road racing and went through the same revelation after attending several Keith code schools. It truly is amazing how easy it is to go fast and not get wore out when you have a better understanding of how the bike works and how to make it do what you want any time you want. For me fear wore me out made me "DEATHGRIP" the bars and my arsenal of techniques has calmed me down so much  that I have to pull over and wait for my buddies to catch up. The smart ones have asked to borrow my book and ask "me" to spot any bad habits they might have. The rest well we all know what they are doin, picking our roost out of their teeth!! :)

I took one of your two day schools here in Montana and I highly recommend it to everyone out there.I know very expierenced riders who have gone to the school several times and they always learn something more every time they have taken it. I plan on going to your school again next year.

Why Does The Gary Not Respond You Ask?  Is It That He Does Not Like Us? No.   Simply Answering Questions On Other Forums He Is. Please Stop Asking Him Questions And Saying Hi, I Insist.

I think you will find that there are a lot of us here in the aging category that still want to be fast. I race in an area where they combine classes such as 125 C&D with the 40+. I will catch myself racing a fearless kid wondering why I cannot get around him. I am not ready to face reality yet so... what are some speed enhancing techniques for us older warriors.

Hey Gary, I race in the Alberta old timers motocross league up in Edmonton Alberta Canada, and some of us racers were wondering if you knew anyone up in this part of the woods that could come out and show us some skills. We would like some help finding some one that has good teaching and riding skills.  Thanks
