Hi, Gary....
Welcome aboard!!! I have several of your vids and your book; all great help to a "returning" dirtbiker after about 40 years away (can you say RUSTY?)!! Most of my rides are trail, but we now have a few MX tracks operating in the summertime - hope to get out on one this summer!

First of all, I attended one of Gary's 2 day mx schools.  I can't tell you guys how much I learned!  They went over every aspect of racing and riding.  Braking, cornering, body position, jumps, whoops, starts everything!  I was a middle of the pack racer until I attended this school.  Since the school I usually get the holeshot or at least the top 5, and my cornering speed is way up, and I feel more confident in my riding.  No I do not work for Gary, I am just a Novice racer, rider. I would recommend that if you need some help Gary and all his guys are the best. The classes are very affordable.  Look it up!
Thanks again Gary
John

WOO_HOO! Great to have you aboard! My son took a class of yours at your house 2 years ago, and the results were nothing short of amazing. Gary is fine teacher, with lots of great advice, and a patient attitude. As well, he can ride with the best of them, still. During my son's class, we were treated to a visit by Brock Sellards. His KTM (at the time) was awesome, and he had Gary's track dialed in within a few laps. Gary joined him for some impromptu racing, while the whole class pulled off and watched in awe. Gary was just a tick behind Brock the whole time, while on a stock Kawasaki. He brings a wealth of experience, and knowledge to TT.  :)

Hey Gary,

I have the first 8 videos you put out, but what I would really like is a DVD with all 8 on one disc.  That way I could watch it easily on my laptop while on the road.

Also I have some friends who are just learning to ride and asked if you had a beginning video kind of like the one that Gary Baily did back in the mid 80's.  Basically from grouind zero to video #1.

Keep up the good work,

Welcome Gary. I look forward to learning more about my riding as well as some tips on how I can become a better teacher to the young ones I am coaching along.

My son attended your school here in AZ in '97 (or was it '98? I can't remember). Anyway, it was an excellent experience that he thoroughly enjoyed!

Welcome  :)
Everyone is mentioning your CDs.  I'm interested in purchasing some.  How can I find more information on them?  I'm very new to the sport and would just like some help with the basics.
Thanks!

Glad to see a technique forum. People will argue for days over which pipe will make them go faster, when in reality its 90% technique.

Welcome Gary! I have read your book, and use it to teach my children to ride, as they progress from level to level. I find it an invaluable tool! I am looking forward to learning even more from you. Many, many thanks.

Yes, Welcome and thanks already as this forum has told me alot of good things.

And your DVD"s rock as well. They have taught me alot. I need to go watch them again, as I try to work on one thing at a time and seem to forget things if i dont think or use them. But I'll get there

Very cool Gary that you are watching this forum.. I raced many years ago.. About the time you were racing actually, so I am very familar with what you were doing at that time. Recently I have gotten back into racing. The tracks and bikes have changed immensley. I am currently riding a YZ125, but will have an 04 YZ250F within a week. I have already found a few good tips on riding the thumper, I have ridden them already. A YZ250F, CRF250R, and a CRF450R.

I bought your practice manual Gary and the jumping DVD. I have been working on jumping building up slowly and on safe jumps.. Table tops, no doubles yet.

Thanks for being here Gary!!
