I installed my Dr.D Hotstart the other day, I wasn't able to get any freeplay in the cable. I have the adjuster screwed in all the way, but still no freeplay. Anyone else with this problem?

I have the same problem, but I checked the distance of the plunger and it is the same as the stock one.

I didn't have your exact problem, but mine was hanging up on me and not returning fully. So I took the cable out and found a shiny spot on the inside of the casing where the plunger is. So with a small file I got a couple of sharp edges out of the case. Works awesome now, hope this might help a little.
