07 YZ450 Shock: How to add a bleed

Recommended Posts

Well, the 450 has .25 hs shims but a 24mm clamp.

The 2 strokes use mostly .3 hs shims and a 22 or 21 clamp.

So KYB kinda uses a bigger clamp to compensate for less hs shim thickness.
I dont know why they use different stacks in the different models.

I used that reb on many 125 & 250 YZs
3x36.3
28.1
36.3
34.3
32.3
30.3
28.3
26.3
24.3
22.3

That stack works with the clicker hat 15 with a 50 or 52 N spring.

You caught my post b4 the correction. Yes my clamp is a 24.30

On my 01 YZ250, I am using your stack with (7) 36.3 on a revalved 01 YZ426 shock.

I did find it harsh when hitting breaking type bumps... which would indicate packing... think I'm about 10 out on the clickers.
