There is a tube in the intake box it looks like it's to help keep the filter oiled but it is pouring it out oil after the bike warms up is it caused from excessive pressure in the crankcase?

Has the oil separator been removed. That hose coming in isn't for oiling the filter.has the machine been desmogd.

Ya, the CA bikes had one mounted on the right radiator.  If the crankcase breather hose is dumping oil into the airbox, there's likely too much oil in the engine as mentioned above...

Like the first responder, I'm betting you're over-filled w/ oil.

 

Drain the oil completely.

Put in 1 1/2 Quarts & let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Ride it around good for about 5 minutes.

Check the oil level immediately after stopping.

 

Don't go by the cold oil level. The bike must be run first to give a true measure.
