05 rmz 250. really that bad?

ok i just got this bike. its clean. starts good hot or cold. it has had work done to it. my question is. are theese bikes really as bad as people make them sound? or do people make them sound worse then what they are? i dont want to hear what your uncle daddys friend said. i want to hear personal experience.

Those guys' are only that bad cause they or POs were that bad at mechanics. Sure there are faults but better built newer aftermarket products to counteract that.

My 04 is my spare, let a friend ride it, bike. She leaves no one dissapointed.

And go steel on valves. And get bigger rads. I use 20w50 but I ride in the heat so...
