Hi, after some advice regarding Timing marks.

With the Crank set at Top Dead Centre the timing marks on the Cams are level with the top of the head but they are on the inside.

Through some research/owners manual I have read that they are suppose to be on the outside, with the cam lobes pointing at 10 & 2.

Can someone please explain this? The bike runs fine, was just doing an inspection of the Valve Shims & found this. Thought I'd ask before I go dismantling.

The cams turn at half crankshaft speed.  Rotate the engine forward one turn, line up the marks, and look again.
