2017 YZ450

Recommended Posts

Wondering if anyone has bought one yet? I sold my 2011 an right now kust have my 2015 2smoker. Dont quote me on this but I think Yamaha has a promotion on em now......$750 customer cas back an 3.99% financing.

Be nice if they would offer $1500 cash back.

Im just waiting till they offer a good sale an then go get me one. No hurry at the moment since riding/racing season is at the end. I still have my YZ250 to ride so that helps.

Yeah.....anyone that has the 2017 just start telling about it.....what ya like or dislike.

The 2017s have been out for over a month...at least in Socal! With that being said there is only four changes to the 17 yz450f. New graphics, Mx3s tires, Airbox changed so the dzus connectors don't stick out as far, and the rear brake rotor was changed, different material. Basically the 16 and 17 are the same bike. If was in the market for a new bike I'd see how much I could save on the 16 450f before I'd buy the 17 450f.

I thought they were out. I can get a 16 model here for $6500 OTD but there is only one year of contingency money left on it for racing. I kindly wanted a 17 so ya could get 2yrs of racing contingency through Yamaha.

However.....it may be better in the long run to just get the Yellow 16 model for $6500.00

My shop hasn't got the 17's in yet but I can get some knocked off it also.

Well pulled the trigger an went an picked it up awhile ago. It was on sale at $7499.00 + $250.00 set-up fee. He knocked the set-up off an priced to me for his cost At $6500. Then I paid Sales tax which was $414.00 an Title fee $10.00 an OTD was $6924.00

Does anyone know if I would get the $300 cash back or thats just if you finance it under Yamaha at 0% for 6 months? He mentioned something about at the shop but I got side traced an forgot to ask him before I left.

I know I can get the Blu-Cru deal

Captain, go on Yamaha's website and you should be able to find out if you're eligible for cash back. I paid cash for mine earlier this year and was able to get it. They sent out a prepaid Visa. Only took a couple of weeks.
