Undo slight radiator damage yourself

Works good for slighlt mangled radiators...big hits I doubt it, but could be worth a try ..

Mine was twisted and flattened by about 1/2 to 3/4 inch.

I removed it and very carefuly held it in a vice. I was able to remove the twist by hand. Just go at it slowly.

I then got 3-4 threaded rods and put them through the mounting holes (remove rubber first). Install so you have two nuts and washers inside brackets. The concept is to rotate the nuts against the brackets and spread the supports out. These will pull the swuashed part of the radiatior out. YOu may then need to get a monkey wrench to slightly square off the mounting brackets afterwarss.

Worked a treat for most of the damage to mine.
