new private MX Track

I've been building a track for about the last three years and am looking for some adult riders (no kids at this time) to come check it out. Unfortunately I do not have a water truck at this time so traditional prepping will not be available unless it rains. I keep it bladed off when it is dry so it'll be pretty hard packed and fast. Interested in other riders input and ideas. Its not small by any means over a 2min lap and 40ft wide pretty much all the way around with some better than average jumps. Any help would be appreciated and maybe a free place to ride.

Make sure you have liability coverage before you let any guests ride on your track.

 I'm in San Antonio and always looking for a new place. I'm a C/D class rider... I just started riding tracks after moving from CA to TX. All desert riding for me back there. Throw up some pics.

Not a problem. It's super dry right now and not very safe to ride. I rode the other day and did a pretty good job of wearing out a new rear tire, but if you have some time to come out and take a look at it would be no problem. Just not comfortable with letting anyone ride it in its current condition.
