2014 yz450f suspension

Good afternoom, I was recently adjusting my compression and rebound settings and like a total rookie turned them in past the point of restistance (several clicks). I wasnt aware when to stop and thought if they are still clicking they need to go in more to find 0. Since then I have noticed some oil coming from the bleeders on my front forks. Is this a disaster or am I good to ride? Thanks in advance.

Might be good to ride, but you'll need new top caps at some point.
