Anyone tried an LTZ400 stator cover on their DRZ?

Hello folks, I'm just wondering if anyone has replaced their DRZ 400s stator cover with one from a LTZ400? I know they are different part numbers but the look so much alike and the price is a lot cheaper for the LTZ cover. My cover has sprung a leak from a wound and I'm trying to decide to replace the cover, or weld it if I can find someone, or try to apply metalset on it. Then I saw the LTZ cover on ebay for cheap. Just curious. Or if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate them. Thanks, Mark
