Ok guys, I've read the posts reference the light blue wire but what I'm wondering is a couple of things:

Can I assume that the Ty neutral cover switch eliminates the "ill" effects of the blue wire?

And more importantly, is there any benefit in someone cutting this wire if they are not having any starting problems????? I'm down on cheap fixes that increase performance/protection but I also don't like to mess with something that doesn't need to be messed with.

I bought my bike used about 8 months ago and am on the same plug that the bubbas I bought it from had in it (which I'll assume was the stock one).

Have a good weekend fellas..........
