02 yz426. Is there a secret to connecting that rad line to the water pump?! It seems as though every time I break the connection, I wind up with a leak after reinstalling and have to replace the o ring on it again. This has happened a few times. Am I doing something wrong or is it just that easy to pinch the o ring?

Just make sure everything is clean and lube teh O-ring a little.  Should be all it needs

Coolant is OK when it works.  Soapy water, a smear of vaseline, spit, pretty much anything that makes it slippery.

Ahh ok. Will try this and hopefully it will cure my problems. Thanks for the input.
