Ok so I was running a 48 pilot and I got really bad popping and the fuel screw had little effect. It was 4 turns out but it ran pretty good. So today I picked up a 50 and a 52 and tried both of them. They act the same way as the 48. Hanging idle, fastest idle is around 4-41/2 but with the 52 the idle screw has. I effect when turned out that far. Still pops with the new jets. Can't figure it out.

You have an exhaust leak.  And now, you also have a bike with an oversized pilot jet, too.
