Any ideas for replacements? Stock Honda parts? I'm on my 4th or 5th sprocket, and having taken it off that many times, those stock Allen heads are looking pretty rough. I could reuse them, but I'd definitely have problems getting them off in a year.

What about cutting slots for a large flathead screwdriver?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Buy new ones. You may be able to find them at an Ace or something around your way. Using the screwdriver would eventually get you back to your same scenario that your at now. Allen heads..I just don't get it :)
