12T counter shaft sprocket 450

Good Morning, 

 

I'll be doing a 4 day trip in Colorado in very rocky terrain on my 14 YZ450.  I'm trying to adjust the gearing to better suit the low speed riding that I'll be doing, so I don't waste my clutch.  Are there any downsides to running a 12T sprocket for a short period?  I'm only planning on running if for the 4 days, then going back to my current 13t that I usually run.

I run a 12 all the time. It eats the chain and slider quicker and hooks in about 60hrs.
