What spring rate do I need for my shock and forks? I'm 215 pounds of man meat (w/out gear) and I'd like to respring my 16 YZ450F for my weight. I ride desert pretty much exclusively, if it matters. Also, what springs should I buy, Kayaba (OEM) or something from a company like race tech?

Just checked it out. Looks like 6.3kg in the rear and .50kg in the front. Thanks!
