Tank graphics color fix

Anyone know how to get the tank graphics back to white from the reddish brown color they turned? And maybe how to prevent it?

You most likely will never get them back to white. I have heard of a sealant for plastic gas tanks that will prevent the plastic from turning colour as well as graphics from bubbling and turning colour. Not sure of the name, I did a Google search a while back on refurbishing plastic gas tanks and it came up
