So i purchased a 426 blown up i rebuilt it new head new jug new piston, shimed valves into spec, i set timeing chain and it started right up ran it 10 seconds, then i had to remove the head i broke the bottom half of the plag and it got stuck in the hole, i reused head gasket and now kicks over east without comp release did i mess up the cam timing? I checked it a dozen times tried everything im debating if the head gasket could cause the loss of compression and poping out of exaust,? Or is my timing somehow off? Befor someone says it yes it has fule and spark

If it kicks easy without the compression release, you have a head or valve sealing problem. Those bike are in-lockable without the comp lever.

NEVER reuse a head gasket that has been torqued in place, whether the engine was run or not.
