Ok, so I have this 400 that wont kick over at all, I can put all my weight on it and it wont move an inch. I took off the cam cover to see if the timing chain got locked up but didnt see anything wrong, im guessing its seized? I can put a socket on the stator and turn it about an inch back and fourth, When it happened, the engine made a clinging noise and shut off immediately, Please help.

Sounds to me like you dropped a valve into the cylinder.
