Utah Dirt Biker in Salt Lake for 2 Days, Any Must Sees?

Traveling to Salt Lake for the first time week after next. I have some training I am attending Tuesday & Wednesday. Any cool bike shops or other moto related places I should try and hit while I'm in town? Anything outside of moto you would recommend?

Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton.   The only reason I would visit Utah at this time of year would be to ski the shit out of the place.

Disregard this if you don't ski but it may be an opportunity to enjoy a sport that is more fun than dirt biking and almost as fun as surfing.    In my humble opinion of coarse.
