Don't go higher than windhams. I am your height and ran them...the faster I got the lower I wanted them.....now I run flatter bars.....I want them low to rail corners at speed and My position is lowe

Why don't you just put a steering stabilizer on it and kill two birds with two stones the stabilizer will bring it up an inch or a hell of a lot more.
