Recently purchased 2010 yz450 first efi bike. Bike starts 3 or 4 kicks idle seems pretty smooth. when burping the throttle is seems to lug the bike to almost stall. Power is there when mid to full throttle is applied. Does not like to lug or just put around. Bike has an Athena get power ecu so I started there by buying the appropriate cables to download the stock map. Did not seem to solve problem so I think the next step is to check the valves. Is tough to start hot but will turn over. wondering if there is any reviews on the Athena ecu maybe recommend a better ecu set up? don't race just ride on weekends.
