It's either jetted pig rich, or you have a bad right side crank seal.

Hasn't been used...good chance it's the right crank seal like said above.  Might as well replace both bearings & seals while in there.

Leak down test. Explained in the stickies. Plug stuff up with a gauge and put some vacuum or a little pressure to it. Spritz bottle of soapy water and you can save yourself a lot of time and hassle
