oil pressure on fully rebuilt 426 2002?

hi can someone tell me if after full engine rebuild i need to check oil pressure or not? if yes guys can you please give me some instructions on how to do it. if its not done whats worst case scenario?

If everything has been done right, nothing overlooked, it's rarely really necessary.  But, if you have any reason to be uncertain, the banjo bolt that holds the oil manifold to the head can be loosened, and oil should leak from it once loose with the engine running.
