What size sprocket for a 250 KXF 09

What size sprocket should i get for my 250KXF for front and back, Mustly riding trails, and some tracks but not racing on tracks if you understand what i mean

And brand should i get? 

How do i make my KXF lower abit? Even if its a tinny bit,

13 - 49 or 13 - 50 is most common .

 

You can shave the seat which is the best option then you dont mess with the suspension and handling

That's a total personal preference, When I had My KTM I was a fan of ProTaper then got in to Kawasakis and since they came with Renthal bars I use to get the Twin Walls witch I like better than protaper specially for the bend.

and as Yesterday I got the TAG Metals XT1 just to give a shot to they so called anti-vibration technology. (haven't installed yet)

as you can see is something you will find out with time and $$$ ?   .

I guess if you Like ProTaper give them a shot, not bad at all.

Regards of Sprocket I use 14-51 wich is about the same as what Shawn250 mentioned above. (every tooth you add on the small sprocket is equal to removing 2 of the rear sprocket)
