Ok so I've replaced top end, all engine gaskets, and did an oil change twice. When I start my dirtbike and it's offing there is an oil leak that drips onto my lower coolant hose and it starts smoking. ...I'm lost it looks like it's coming out of the exhaust almost. Also my decompression isn't on there at all could it leak from there? Thank you in advance

Are you saying that you have no compression release shaft in the head, and you don't have the shaft bore plugged?  If so, yes, that will leak.  The bore goes directly up into the cam box.

Well my mechanic said it looked like there was a plug in there but I can see some type of mounting bracket still coming out of the engine. Idk what else it could be though, I found the whole decompression setup (used ) on ebay for like $33 maybe I'll just buy that and see
