Want Advice: XR650L Suspension Setup, Stock Springs 250lb Rider

I'm doing this for my brother in law. I know it needs springs, but I'm not going to get into that. He probably won't notice how it handles anyway.

I'll measure the sag stock on both ends with him on it. Then I'll set the rear at 4". I'll adjust the front air to bring up the front sag by the same amount I brought up the rear. Does this make sense (I hate to ask)?

How should I set the clickers? I know he'll probably never touch them, so I'll just take a best guess and leave it at that.

Of course, I could put on a 100 lb. backpack and tune the suspension, but I think I'll pass on that.
