Does anyone on her know if I can use a yz450 cylinder and piston on my yz400f? I'm curious as to what the results would be. Thanks in advance for any help!! I really appreciate it!

Can't use a 450 barrel, but you can use one from a 426.  With that, either use a 426 rod on your crank, coupled with a 426 piston, or the piston from an '04 450.

The resulting displacement will be 426.
