VIN decoding help WR250/300

I just purchased a "new" husky after being out of the dirt bike game for about 6 years. I got an incredible deal on the bike so it didn't really matter at the time and it still was a great deal whether the bike is a 250 or a 300. Seller advertised the bike as a 2009 WR300, the 10th digit on the VIN is "9" which means 2009, and the 4th-8th characters are "WR303" which makes me think its a WR300. However, on the left side of the frame it is stamped "08 WR250 USA". Any ideas?

zkhwr303_9  is an 09 WR300 for sure.

 

The WR300 was a new bike for 09 and used the same frame from the WR250.  I wouldn't get too excited.  You have an 09 WR300.
