What is the difference between Yamaha 01 and S1 susp oil, I've been using 01 in my '06 YZ450 but it calls for S1.

S1 is a lower viscosity.  Both of them are too expensive, and neither one holds up very well.  I would use Amsoil Shock Therapy or another major brand, top tier suspension fluid instead.
