Attn So. Cal.----Sunrise is closed

Effective Friday 2-15-02, Sunrise Motocross park is closed. This is due to the property owner being unwilling to work out a deal with Andy and Christina. Their asking price was well above market value and the property owners did not want to extend the lease.

This is a darn shame. Sunrise was one of my favorite tracks.

That sucks I was going to go there after seeing pics on proride.com,well I will have to try VMC Ernie I will let you no when I go you seem to go there a lot.

This limits your closer options for when you travel south. VMC is still the closest but options are always good. At least VMC is a nice place!!

VMC is about 15-20 minutes from the house. You'll have to let me know when you are going to come up this way. The track is open F/S/S. I usually go on Fridays because I am working weekends. No crowds on Fridays makes for very nice riding. Kirktemp and I are going to go to Perris next Wed, 2-20-02 if you can make that.
