wheel lacing

i'd like to put some excells on my 400,when i was a kid i used to lace up 20' bike wheels all the time but after several concussions and 25 years later i dont have a clue how to do it anymore, is there any information out there on how-to's?? also i want to direct replace my stock wheels and re-use my spokes and nipples is this possible with the excells???? thanks jim

There are other sites if you do a search using terms such as; "spokes", "truing", "wheel truing"..etc.

its not to bad..just time concuming..to me the hardest part is truing...you can re-use your spokes and nipples if you already have exels(from stock)..if not and they are did then you can use your spokes but have to have differant nipples..
