Anyone buy  the  Factory connection revalve that includes modding the Base bolt? It's the more expensive revalve?? Comments? Worth 500 bucks?

You have to fix or replace the base valves in the 08 WR forks or buy YZ forks in which they are replaced.

Factory connection uses a updated base bolt which is used with the stock compression valve. more expensive than a regular revalve.

You can't normally re valve a WR450 base valve. It uses a spring instead of shims. If factory connection is still using the spring in the old base valve say no thank you and go elsewhere.

Well I'm not 100% sure they are talking about the the same thing as a base valve. They call it a base bolt. Read on http://www.thumperta...50-fork-valves/
