anyone know why my bike would stall if i pull in the clutch to coast. It has great compression and runs great in higher rpms but sluggish in the lower rpms. Could it be jetting or that the bike still needs to be broken in as it was just rebuilt. bike is a 98 yz400f

The pilot circuit (idle fuel screw setting) is probably too rich, and/or the idle speed set too low.

what does the idle screw look like and where is it. I think i know but want to be sure

The idle speed screw on your bike should be a black plastic thumb screw on the left side of the carb.  The pilot screw is on the bottom of the float bowl:
