So I did zero winterizing to my 2010 yz450f. Drained the fuel yesterday and put fresh in, kicked it a few times and got no response from the bike.

What should my next few steps be?

Try pulling the plug out and kicking the engine over for awhile. It's easier to kick and it will blow all the old fuel out of the cylinder and allow the new fuel to get through the lines and into the cylinder faster. That always works for me after my bikes have set for awhile
