I'm about 235lbs, and i ride mostly woods and do some minimal jumping. Any people in this weight range find any good settings for the front and rea, let me know.

The biggest thing is to get it sprung for your weight. That will allow the suspension to stay at the appropiate place during the range of travel during your riding. Because a improperly sprung bike would tend to be vary harsh on bumps and ruts, also being more prone to bottoming out.
